fabulous fauteuils – the pacifica wing chair

The Pacifica Wing Chair by environment

It was love at first site with this chair. An irregular, quirky take on a wingback, it is upholstered in repurposed army tent canvas. The raw unfinished edges lend an easygoing style to the form which plays with the line between modern and traditional. The Pacifica Wing Chair by environment.

plywood interiors

I love the deconstructed, or better yet, under construction look that the raw plywood lends to these spaces. With such an interesting grain, and a warm, light hue plywood is an interesting, modern, and cost-effective alternative to more traditional finished woods.

sign me up

These signs pretty much speak for themselves… as, um, most do. I found them on Etsy, actually they found me… and I was unable to pass them by. They are designed by William Dohman and are made from recycled wood. I love them, the use of type, the composition, the fact that they are recycled, and his point of view. To see these and more have a look at his Etsy store here.
